Prospect development and lead generation skills.

Education and Experience Required:
Associates degree in nursing, nutrition, or related field desired but not required.
1 – 2 years experience in customer service, sales or technical support in a nutrition,
health and wellness, fitness or supplement organization.
Outstanding verbal (including telephone) and written communication skills
Basic organization, analysis and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Ability to open conversations, answer questions and successfully set appointments
Full time position (40 hours per week) Monday – Friday.
Salary + Commission Starting base pay $12.00/hour.

Current Texas state aesthetics license

Laser certification and experience is required and MUST have at a minimum a Hair Removal Technician Designation

Retail sales experience is a must

Total Med Solutions seeks mission-oriented professionals to provide one-on-one consultations with weight-loss and Hormone Replacement patients. Program Counselors play an essential role in the patient experience and success at Total Med Solutions.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Conducting patient consultations, ranging from one-hour initial consultations to weekly 15-minute check-ups
Building relationships to promote long-term patient success
Maintaining a strong knowledge base of our products, services, principles and strategies
Collaborating with other Total Med Solutions educators to continuously improve the Total Med Solutions program
