Check in was simple, the office is well decorated, employees are warm & welcoming, the wait was relatively short, but most importantly – she was efficient (used my Groupon plus an extra $225 to smooth my “very expressive” forehead, and she finished in just a few minutes), has had lots of experience, and obviously very knowledgeable.
