First time here, and WOW! I didn’t know I was going to get such an extensive consultation. Ashley was über-patient with me, answered all my questions, then answered all my questions that were generated from her answers. She’s amazing! She kept asking me, “Is there anything else?” She gave me her undivided attention for as long as I needed. And I needed a lot. I met with two other amazing staff members, and ended up spending three hours there! Not because of inefficiency, but because they all are so friendly and helpful. Mallory at Total Med is the most amazing esthetician! I have been going to her since March 2021 and I have never had someone listen to me and help me so much with my skin! I go to the TMS in Allen, easier to get an appointment at and not much further then Plano. The staff is friendly and very efficient, the NP giving the injections is friendly and relatable and has been doing injections a long time. My go to for Botox, and the fact they have specials and throw in a B12 injection that gives me energy.

Went for a weight consultation and was very pleasantly surprised from the time I walked in the door! Receptionist was very pleasant and professional. All Covid protocol observed with pens marked clean and basket to place the dirty/used ones. Front office and exam rooms very clean and everything was very organized. Matthew was exceptional in explaining my In-Body results. Spent time explaining what would work best for my body and why. Very encouraging about test results and made me feel good about myself. I visited the Plano Total Med Solutions location for the first time yesterday, Nov 5th. I had made an appointment to see Howard McKay for my aesthetic treatments and when I met with him, I told him what my budget was, and what things bothered me most, knowing that of course you can never fix everything that you’d like to. Howard took the time with me to talk about several options, and what each would do for me. A few months back, I had a terrible fall in which I had several lacerations on the left side of my face, around my left eye, and all the way up my forehead to my hairline. Howard also spent time with me talking through some possible treatments that would help with the scarring. He is professional and compassionate, and offers pragmatic advice for both the here-and-now, as well as long term. Full disclosure – Howard is family to me, however i had never seen him for any medical or aesthetic treatments – mainly because I live in Houston. I guess I will need to plan more frequent visits to North Texas in the future for my beauty regimen. 11/6/2020

Emily’s medical aesthetic ability as an RN is the best I have experienced. I started this whole injectable thing when I was 44. I am now in my mid 60’s, & still plan on continuing this beauty regimen until the surgical knife becomes a better alternative to achieve my look. I have lived in several areas of the US & Texas & recently moved to the Flower Mound, Lantana area. My previous injector was a physician. I decided to try someone new as the last time I left his office I looked like a platypus & was horrified. Emily is thoughtful, explains everything in advance after a detailed assessment of my desires & what is realistic with different fillers. She also taught me about different fillers, what they do, length of time they will ‘last’ & made recommendations. She is skilled & has an eye for her injection technique, which is a big deal!. She is very careful and asks all appropriate questions. This type of beauty treatment is a big deal for women & we all know it. I decided to make an appointment for help with losing weight. I interacted with about 5-6 ladies who were the SWEETEST people!! I had taken medication prior to the appointment, and when it kicks in I get VERY chatty… I talked a few ears off, but they were so patient and kind. I got a vitamin B injection, and am doing it weekly for 6 weeks. The prices are very reasonable, and the entire facility was very clean and inviting. I loved my experience, and would definitely recommend Total Med!

Debbie Jay is wonderful! I’ve had a bad experience at a different med spa (different company) so I decided I would drive much further and give Total Med a try. I’m so happy I did. My last injections to my nasolabial folds and smile lines were a complete fail. They did not last a week! I explained to Debbie the situation and she explained what went wrong, the product I should use to treat one part of my concerns, explained what to expect from what she was doing that day and recommended another procedure (one that they don’t perform so she was not upselling me) to achieve the level of results I want. I found that the previous injector was not transparent and essentially allowed me to throw away my money.

Debbie made me feel calm and at ease throughout the procedure. My last experience left me extremely bruised. I did not have a single bruise from Debbie’s treatment. Further, Debbie provided me with ways to keep in touch. Even while not at work. She told me her schedule and gave me her email to ensure I can reach her at all times. I am so appreciative of Debbie’s level of communication and care. I am very satisfied with my results and plan to only utilize her skills and expertise going forward.

I had such a great experience here and will be back. The staff is very friendly and takes the time to walk you through all the steps. I highly recommend this place. I also saw that they offer a monthly membership with a lot of discounted services with that membership such as hydrofacials, dermaplanning, and IPL facials. It might be something I want to take advantage of in the future. They are also super efficient. They get you in and out and it’s very easy to book an appt as they offer a lot of time slots.

This location is very underrated compared to the other locations. The environment and staff give off nicer and relaxed vibes. The nurses here are definitely more competent and I appreciate how Debbie explained each step and the process of everything during my filler appointment. She was not forceful and very gentle. The Southlake location definitely is much nicer and not ghetto. I HIGHLY recommend to make your future appointments here because I will definitely be coming back here.

And it’s no wonder, they offer the same anti-aging aesthetic Solutions that you find in more expensive plastic surgeons offices for reasonable prices. They offer all the same injectables, from Botox, to dysport, to Juvederm. They offer bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and weight loss therapy. They also offer Esthetics such as hydrafacial, laser hair removal, teeth whitening and microdermabrasion. There’s plenty of parking at their location and an aesthetically pleasing waiting area. Absolutely loved going to Total Med Solution for my Botox. I have been there twice now and each time my experience has been top notch. Their new office is clean and gives you the feel of a spa/medical office. (you’ll still feel some pain, but I’ve seen MANY different nurses and I haven’t met anyone with hands like hers!) She also takes her time, some people may not like that, but she does it to make sure EVERYTHING is perfect and pays attention to detail. Judy at the Southlake office is great. I’ve used her 3 or 4 times now. I’ve been getting dysport/Botox for about eight years now and she is the best I’ve found. The two girls at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. Only issue is the call-center girl that made my appointment was completely rude and got upset with me when I ask to confirm that I was making the appointment at the Southlake office. She seemed very put out that I would even ask that. They have quite a few locations and I just wanted to make sure I asked for the Southlake office. She was unhappy from the minute she said hello as well. That alone won’t stop me from going here, I just wish I had the direct number so I wouldn’t have to deal with the random girl at the call center anymore.

The place is beautiful (Dallas) but it was hard for me to find . I normally go to Plano. The girl was sweet,a pretty blonde , and good at her job .my only complaint is I have a big bruise on my forehead, and I have a formal affair coming up which is why I treated myself . I did this for Saturday night . It’s four days since I had it since I had it done and it’s a pretty big bruise . My daughter asked what did I walk into ? I’ve never bruised in the past and am praying it isn’t still bruised saturday night . Other than that . I’d say a 5 ( on time too , which is nice ).

I saw Judy and she is so great! She took her time and came up with a plan for what I needed instead of just doing the basic or rushing through. I will definitely be back to see her for all of my following treatments.

Absolutely loved going to Total Med Solution in Hurst Office for my Botox. My experience was great! I have been a client with Ashley for 3 years receiving Botox injections every three months with results I absolutely love. In about an hour my skin was completely transformed. My neck, temples and cheeks were so much more even and tight. I LOVE Lan Nhi Nguyen! Lip Injector for Restylane Kysse 💋 First of all her work is gorgeous. I’ve seen 3 other lip injectors in the span of 3 years, one of them left me with so many lumps and migration, and of course Lan fixed it in 2 appointments. From having to get my filler removed and getting fills, she makes my time so comfortable and really takes time to answer all my questions. I went to Med Solutions in Plano today to start hormone pellet therapy to increase my Low T. Jasmine artfully drew a blood sample. Sonje who will be installing pellets when my blood work comes back was very informative and put me at ease for the upcoming procedure.

Total Med Solutions on La Sierra in Dallas has grown tremendously in the last few years . And it’s no wonder, they offer the same anti-aging aesthetic Solutions that you find in more expensive plastic surgeons offices for reasonable prices. They offer all the same injectables, from Botox, to dysport, to Juvederm. They offer bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and weight loss therapy. They also offer Esthetics such as hydrafacial, laser hair removal, teeth whitening and microdermabrasion. There’s plenty of parking at their location and an aesthetically pleasing waiting area. Ashley was the nurse practitioner at my last visit and she is pleasant and friendly and definitely knows what she’s doing. I would highly recommend this place to both men and women
