Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointments at Total Med Solutions are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the company’s scheduling policies. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to do this, a $50.00 cancellation fee may apply.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our waiting list patients of any availability, as well as keeping our Total Med team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Total Med Solutions’ policies are presented and provided so that we can accommodate all our current and future patient’s requests for timely appointments and treatments with a tradition of service excellence.
