Refunds on Prepaid Services

Prepaid services purchased through the Total Med Solutions’ website (totalmedsolutions.com), digital marketplaces, or social media accounts may be refunded if the service has not been performed.

Prepaid services purchased through Groupon, Living Social, or any other online discount marketplace are not eligible for a refund from Total Med Solutions.  You must contact the marketplace that processed your original purchase to seek a refund.  Total Med Solutions is not liable for any transactions made through third-party vendors.

Expired prepaid services are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds on prepaid services are void if an appointment for that service has been missed.

Refunds on Skin Care Products

Our skin care products are sold online and in-clinic by Total Skin (mytotalskin.com). Please refer to Total Skin’s Refund Policy for information on all retail products sold online or in-clinic:

Refunds will be made only to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Total Med Solutions reserves the right to limit or refuse a return or refund request.

Total Med Solutions is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packaging or lost/missing transaction receipts.
