Why I Get Botox Treatments

No matter how many units I receive, Botox is a noninvasive treatment, so I can have my appointment and still be active throughout my day. That’s because there’s virtually no recovery time needed. Results are noticeable about a week after my appointment. I usually schedule my follow up appointment for about three months later.
- For other medical conditions:
I’ve found that Botox isn’t just helpful for reducing wrinkles. Its muscle-relaxing properties have also been helpful to reduce the frequency and severity of my migraines. I’ve also noticed that my facial redness from menopause has also been reduced since I started using Botox treatments! Others have found it helpful with conditions like overactive bladder and cervical dystonia.
