This location is very underrated compared to the other locations. The environment and staff give off nicer and relaxed vibes. The nurses here are definitely more competent and I appreciate how Debbie explained each step and the process of everything during my filler appointment. She was not forceful and very gentle. The Southlake location definitely is much nicer and not ghetto. I HIGHLY recommend to make your future appointments here because I will definitely be coming back here. 2/7/2021

Debbie, at Total Med Solutions in Southlake, is most definitely the person to go to for all of your Botox needs! She is one of very few who actually knows what she’s doing, takes ample time to consult what is best for YOU, you won’t feel a thing & you’ll leave looking 20 years younger!! Debbie is a hidden gem in the Dallas/Fort Worth area! I have had botox and fillers by other medical spas with not as great results. I totally trust her and she always listens to your preferences and does her magic! She is very thorough with the procedure and post treatment instructions each and every time. Debbie Jay is wonderful! I’ve had a bad experience at a different med spa (different company) so I decided I would drive much further and give Total Med a try. I’m so happy I did. My last injections to my nasolabial folds and smile lines were a complete fail. They did not last a week! I explained to Debbie the situation and she explained what went wrong, the product I should use to treat one part of my concerns, explained what to expect from what she was doing that day and recommended another procedure (one that they don’t perform so she was not upselling me) to achieve the level of results I want. I found that the previous injector was not transparent and essentially allowed me to throw away my money.

Debbie made me feel calm and at ease throughout the procedure. My last experience left me extremely bruised. I did not have a single bruise from Debbie’s treatment. Further, Debbie provided me with ways to keep in touch. Even while not at work. She told me her schedule and gave me her email to ensure I can reach her at all times. I am so appreciative of Debbie’s level of communication and care. I am very satisfied with my results and plan to only utilize her skills and expertise going forward.
